Every time I go to Shambhala, I get a new spoon to add to the collection. This year I casually mentioned one of mine had shattered and I had no idea how I'd done it. Without hesitation, the guy gave me a card and told me they have a lifetime warranty and would replace it. I was shocked. After the fest, I sent an email and got it confirmed. No questions, fast turn around (even though he had none in stock and had to make a whole new one), and friendly service. An all round great company. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given. awesome product but i feel like the tip of Yoshi’s tongue should be a little thinner and wider (my opinion)
